Hot from the Pro Bulletin 2 email yesterday we are here to present to you our match report on Alexander Abrahamsson.
The 25-year-old central defender has had his contract expire at Brommapojkarna, but we see value in him for many EFL or SPFL teams.
He has been with the club for three seasons, playing 67 times for them. He started all but four matches in the Allsvenskan last season, playing over 2000 minutes in total. He has also capped by Sweden at U17 and U19 level.
He is still a good age at 25, which would give him some potential value as a sell on if he was impressive. Whilst most of his experience with Brommapojkarna was as a central defender, he played left of a three, and can happily use his left foot competently, despite being naturally right footed. He was also used as a left-back in a push.
We think that there are a number of club who could a) afford his contact and b) would benefit from Abrahamsson in their squads. Clubs range from the bottom-half of the Championship as a squad player, to the top half of League One as a starter.
